The time we live in as of today are
quiet and decently peaceful. However, it is well known, that the elder and younger races
are building their forces to re-claim their former glory. We feel that this will bring on
unending bloodshed and atrocities like the great race wars of the past. As if our prayers
have been answered, we have found a relic of incredable power. It is believed that the
relic is a fragment of the claw of Veeshan, the Crystalline Dreagon who founded Norrath.
It is known as The Crystal of Virtue. In our dreams, we have seen how to use this crystal,
and some of it's powers. The main power is the ability to see into the souls of anyone who
touches it. If the person survives this, then we know they are of pure heart, strong and
willing to fight for the greater good of all.
With the
blessing of this crystal, we beleive it is our destiny and the destiny of all who are
chosen by the crystal to protect the many races of Norrath. We will be expected to right
all injustices and appose all evil we discover.
We will now
be forever known as Aegis Terra, Defenders of the Land. As we grow so will hope for
Norraths' people.
